De sociale ingenieur
Abstract
The social engineer - Thinking of moulding social life and inducing social change by means of law made the American jurist Roscoe Pound coin the term “social engineering” at the beginning of this century: “In an age of engineering triumphes”, he stated, “why not an engineering interpretation of jurisprudence”? The concept itself of social engineering as originally conceived by Roscoe Pound and later on further elaborated by the Polish author Adam Podgorecki is presented and discussed briefly.
