Het nieuwe vijfjarenplan en de economische politiek van de Sovjet-overheid voor 1971-1975
Abstract
The new five-year Plan and the economic policy of the Soviet Government for 1971-1975 - The improvement of the standard of living will be the principal object of the 9th five-year plan that has been approved in april 1971 by the 24th congress of the Communist Party of the USSR. This object will also determine the economic development of the Soviet Union in the long run. It has to a great extent to be realized by a faster raise of production of consumers’ goods than of producers’ goods. In order to raise the supply of consumers’ goods without lowering the rhythm of economic development the productivity of labour and capital has to increase. The qualitative adjustment of supply to demand has even to be improved. The quantitative and qualitative objects of the plan are not to be realized by effective qualitative means of economic policy. Nevertheless it will not be possible to avoid a change in the working of the Soviet economy to reach those aims efficiently.
