De deflatoire gap in een nieuw kleedje?
Abstract
The deflationary gap under a new disguise? - The post-war concept of the deflationary gap has been replaced recently by a new concept, that of ’the gap between actual and potential GNP’. It is shown in this note that there is a simple relationship between the two concepts, viz. that the gap between actual and potential GNP is equal to the deflationary gap multiplied by the familiar Keynesian multiplier.
