Psychegroep en sociogroep
Abstract
Psychegroup and sociogroup - The theoretical background for this study was found in papers published by Jennings, Theodorson and Grusky. The hypothesis was presented and supported by own research data, that the sociogroup and psychegroup can be found in small groups with low cohesiveness. The leader of the psychegroup is the social-emotional leader, who can be characterisized as the mother figure. The leader of the sociogroup is the task leader, who can be called the father figure. The task leader and the social-emotional leader have different positions in the hierarchical structure of the small group as analysed by the sociometric method. It is not necessary that the father and mother figure are to be found in different subgroups, nor is it necessary that the spheres of sociotele and psychetele are excluding each other.
