A comparison of three sociometric methods - This study gives the results of a sociometric analysis concerning a small group. Three sociometric methods, four choice criteria and three series were used. The combination of one method, one choice criterium and one series seems to be the zero point from which the other combinations of this three variables are deviations. The zero point is the situation where in the sociometric results give the minimum of inconsistency between these results. The method of paired names seems to be the best method of the three used because the Ss are lead in their difficulties of choice and the distance between reflexivity and irreflexivity is minimalized.
