Weerstand tegen veranderingen in het bedrijf
Abstract
After stating the problem of resistance to change in industry, these notes proceed in giving a social-psychological explanation according to the Lewinian theory. This theory is supported by a number of important experiments in the State University of Iowa and in the Harwood Manufacturing Company. Resistance to change can be overcome through participation by group discussions and group decision. Criticism by M.S. Viteles (methodology) and P.R. Lawrence (interpretation) is mentioned.
