Computer programs for advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis, which are utilized to create an interactive connection between theoretical outlooks and empirical data, are rapidly developing. One of them is LISREL, which provides opportunities to resolve several shortcomings of more traditional structural models like path- and factor analysis.
