Handelingen van de Koninklijke Commissie voor Toponymie en Dialectologie - Bulletin de la Commission Royale de Toponymie et Dialectologie wordt uitgegeven door de Koninklijke Commissie voor Toponymie en Dialectologie, die haar wetenschappelijke taak uitvoert onder het hoge beschermheerschap van de Koninklijke Vlaamse Academie van België voor Wetenschappen en Kunsten en de Académie royale des Sciences, des Lettres et des Beaux-Arts de Belgique. Het tijdschrift is opgericht in 1927 en publiceert wetenschappelijke studies over toponymie (zowel plaatsnamen als persoonsnamen) en dialectologie in zowel Germaanse als Romaanse gebieden.

Handelingen van de Koninklijke Commissie voor Toponymie en Dialectologie - Bulletin de la Commission Royale de Toponymie et Dialectologie wordt samengevat en geïndexeerd in Bibliographie linguistique / Linguistic Bibliography; ERIH PLUS (European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences); Scopus. Het is een wetenschappelijk tijdschrift dat peer-reviewed is.
